I am just curious, since I do not plan to do it myself. If enemy demands your capital and you agree, where it goes? Does player has any saying, e.g. could Jake (losing Venice) say: screw Europe, Persia is better, or capital is just automatically reassigned to some useless tax 2 province, maybe even Island, in Europe?
