I preordered Magicka 2 through https://www.paradoxplaza.com/ a month ago. Does anybody knows how to get access to the sneek peak ? Is the game supposed to appear in my steam library ?

You should be emailed a Steam code. Redeem that, and you should download the sneak peek automatically.
A friend and I also pre ordered on the Paradox store and have both not yet received our sneak peek keys (not in spam either).
I just bought it (via Steam) and the Sneek Preview was listed in my Library under Magicka 2.

There haven't been any Magicka 2 steam keys from the paradox store so there is no way for it to be in my library.
IF you bought direct from Steam the Sneak Peek ought to appear in Steam automatically.
IF you bought from the Paradox webshop you should have got an email delivering the M:WW bonus key, and (I think) a separate one delivering the Sneak Peek key. IF you definitely did not (check your email spam quarantine) then log a ticket at paradox.zendesk.com with your order number.
IF you bought from elsewhere there is no bonus, as I understand it.
