I had wanted to play Crusader Kings 2 after checking out the demo here on steam, so I pushed the buy whole game button on the games main menu. It took me to paradox's main site where the game was only $9.99 for the next 20 hours or so. So I made my account filled up my basket with the game and few of the add ons and then put in my payment info and it said something wasnt working and the transaction didnt finish. So I try again in about a half an hour and then it says it cant accept my payment but the transaction goes through and doesnt let me download. A couple minutes later the money returns to my bank account. I try to go to support but there doesnt seem to be a thread or service for this kind of support. I dont know why its being so weird I just wanted to get in on their sale and pay $39.99 for an older game thats fun but kinda buggy. Any Ideas on how to deal with them?
