Paradox Store feedback

I decided to get myself some CK2 expansions on sale, this time from the Paradox store, due to the sale.

However, I had to check my Steam library list of already purchased DLCs, as the PDX store wouldn't tell me what items I already owned.

It would be nice if account synching between Paradox & Steam included an indicator of owned items in the PDX store.

In a closely related development, I happened to notice that the Songs of Faith DLC for CK2 gets the logo for Songs of Byzantium on "https://www.paradoxplaza.com/grand-...dx-brand&sz=18&start=54&prefv1=Crusader Kings". I'm probably not the only person to get confused by this ...

Because I'm curious, can you share what you see on your games page? I can see you linked your Paradox and Steam account so in theory you should see what you own on Steam (though I know for a fact that it's a bit spotty). You can PM me the screen if you don't want to share it here.

This is what I see when I log into the Paradox Store & view the "on sale" tab.

Holy Fury & Reapers due were purchased today & have been redeemed on Steam.
Conclave & Way of Life I've owned for a long time.

For me the "My games" tab shows two games. Stellaris and CK2, that's it. There is no indication in the Paradox store that I own anything though, not even Stellaris or CK2. I believe that is what the op is asking for, to avoid having to manually check everything.

It would really make life easier when browsing the Paradox store especially when it is logged in and linked to your Steam account to have some kind of marker for already owned games as well as an easy filter to turn off/on already owned games. Currently, navigation through the Paradox store for me is a mess, and I really try to avoid it unless I am looking for something specifically.

The last two images are for "Songs of Byzantium", but the second last (1.47AUD) links to https://www.paradoxplaza.com/crusader-kings-ii-songs-of-faith/CKCK02SSK0000004.html (whereas the bottom right image (0.75AUD) does link to https://www.paradoxplaza.com/crusader-kings-ii-songs-of-byzantium/CKCK02SSK0000003.html as expected).

This is a minor defect in an otherwise good website. I hope this report helps (and, again, sorry for the long delay).

I created an account here specifically for finally getting myself CK2 and some expansions, but this Xsolla system is by far the worst purchasing experience I've ever had. I get that they're trying to promote safety by stopping suspicious transactions, but shouldn't that be an issue for the consumer's bank to handle? And speaking of banks, apparently USAA - one of the most prominent banking services for the US military and their families - isn't covered by Xsolla, because every attempt I make at purchasing what I want doesn't get past checkout. I end up waiting hours for a micro-transaction that never comes, and my requests for help from the company have only resulted in bots repeating the same nonsense that you read on the verification page. What's worse is that the purchase ID for my transactions are locked behind me being able to see the withdraws that, once again, Xsolla never makes, meaning I don't have a purchase ID to take to the support pages. IS Paradox aware that the system they're using is blocking customers from spending their money here? If that's what they want, then I guess I'll just have to wait for it to go on sale on Steam and let them take a cut of Paradox's profit.

yeah I've just tried to buy some EU4 DLC and I can't since I don't currently have access to my online banking account and I don't get text messages from my bank for purchases
