I was looking at the current Paradox Store sale, and noticed that the store is now telling me which products I already own, something I very much appreciate. However, I also noticed that the HoI4 DLCs I have through the HoI4 preorder season pass are not among those.
(Also, possibly relatedly, I notice that some, but not all, of the CK2 expansions I own are not listed as "You own this" by the store. For example, it does not recognize that I own Sons of Abraham, The Old Gods, and Charlemagne, but does recognize that I own Jade Dragon and Legacy of Rome, among others. I will point out that the system does know I own these, as you can see the badges for some of them under my username.)
