I saw a bunch of new DLCS coming out and decided to treat myself to them by preordering. I also added a few other items that are on sale. When I buy these items will the current items I'm purchasing be instantly added to my steam account to be used? Or is there some other step I need to do. Also, will the items I preorder be added when they release or will I need to connect it to steam manually. Thanks!
