VAT always have to be paid somewhere...

This is wrong. When I buy on the internett from outside Norway, I will just have to pay VAT if the value of the shipment is above a given amount.

So the clue is to bay from netshops with free shipment and split your orders...

Its an EU thing - VAT must be charged. But the import duties and other stuff seem totally random. In the uk I get chanrged import duties maybe 25% of the time at random it seems.

Yes. Basically we get almost all the money after taxes is paid when people buy from our new webshop. About 5-15 times as much money directly to us.

Johan wrote that they get all the money and since, usually, they got around 7-10 % of the games end worth, now they should get around 8-10 times more minus costs of running the shop, ads etc.

I really wish Vic could have been sold directly. The startdock team just revealed the only reason galciv broke even was due to its direct sales.
