I remember when the dollar was worth more than the euro, it traded at best .89 to the euro. We lost our strong dollar....

People (especially in the USA) tend to ignore the fact that a shitty US economy (and ours is not as terrible as many people think, it currently is almost completely a confidence issue, nothing wrong with the underlying efficiency or supply chain) is still the most powerful and prosperous out there.

Seriously, my point was that many of my fellow Americans have fits about how hard their life is when they only make 3x what the rest of the world makes instead of 4x. Bunch of damned whiners, most of them.

Economic discussions are off-topic, but a weaker dollar actually helps the US economy. The US dollar has been considered overvalued for a long time.

The decline in the dollar is bad for Paradox, though.
