Hungary is alive because he replaces the power vacuum that appeared after Poland and Lithuania died. It's entirely possible that I fudged the wording on the stream, but if the enemy controls both sides of a strait you cannot block their movement with a fleet.

yes I also reacted when I saw that, it will soon be fixed though when I have annexed my vassal in bengal. I think there is an option how you want the naming in that kind of regions. So I think it can be called Bahmanis also.
