I kinda assume the name Secret Denmark is a place holder/joke and if we really find the kingdom of the vikings of Vinland it would be called either New Denmark or perhaps simply Vinland. Although it would be cool if there were more than 1 fantasy empire based on Lief Erikson and the vikings of Vinland![]()
What could it all mean?
Stop teasing and tell us now.![]()
What could it all mean?
Now that would be sweet.Denmark with Jan Mayen's bonuses?
So much this. Has it been confirmed there is one Viking empire?Although it would be cool if there were more than 1 fantasy empire based on Lief Erikson and the vikings of Vinland
I suppose it isn't confirmed, but that what I assume the "Secret Denmark" screen shot is meant to tell us, especially after they confirmed the whole fantasy empires in the RNW thingStop teasing and tell us now.
Look behind you; it is Riga! *Checks Jake's computer while he hides*
Now that would be sweet.

Also I feel like you guys need to modify the search for the seven cities for when certain fantasy empires actually exist
The only thing that disappoints me is Muscovy. I understand real life, but damn, you signed up for a large game, and a major nation, and miss the FIRST TWO sessions. By time the third session comes about, he's going to lose his golden opportunity to take his region. I didn't understand it, I think in the first session AI Muscovy declared war on Groogy for Smolensk, and the AI ended up, not getting it? Weird. Had there been a player here since the first session, Muscovy would've taken eastern Lithuania by now, Livonian Order, half of Novgorod, half of Golden Horse, and pushed into Nogai by now. The Muscovy player would arguably be in the top three too, but at this point whomever is playing Muscovy isn't coming back. Their nation is dead. The whole eastern europe is going to be split between the Ottoman's and Hungarian's. The Hungarian player should take Aristocratic to significantly solidify his position, and beamline like the Ottoman's into the rich Ruthenian and Russsian provinces.
Mandy played something else in the first session?I don't get it either. Is there money on the line? You have two new players that died; one of them could certainly have been handed Muscovy in the second session. Frankly, missing the first session is bad enough, but once the second comes along it really is time to just back off and walk away. I think it's frankly just selfish to go two sessions in a row keeping Muscovy in can't-touch mode while this Mandy person is forced over to Korea (at least the other one got a solid Indian nation like they probably wanted). It really makes that eastern Europe situation kind of stupid, especially when this floundering AI's major accomplishment seems to just be harassing a clearly losing human player.
Mandy played something else in the first session?
Also as clearly seen in the person who was supposed to play Muscowy was having computer trouble; the chat talked about disk errors. You cannot be blamed for that.
Might have beeb; didn't catch the first stream.I thought she was one of the two who started in India and died.
Neither LIT not SWE were in a position to take things from MUS.Or AT LEAST just drop the protections against human players and let Lithuania and maybe Sweden carve it up.
Mandy was Jaunpur in the first session. Got killed so moved to Korea for second.Mandy played something else in the first session?

One session, if the player has valid reasons for skipping the sessions (sickness, forced work on another project): I believe Paradox has a house rule where a nation is "safe" for like 2 or so sessions.
Unconditional Surrender will most likely be added for a later version of the game.I wonder whether unconditional surrender will be added or not and whether poor groogy will find another nations to play MP continuously.

The exact rule is that players are not allowed to declare war on a nation belonging to a player that is missing for a valid reasons. If declared upon by the players AI they are fair game.
If the AI is called into a war as a secondary partner white peace should be declared as soon as possible.

Groogy will probably take over Muscovy from Gradus.
Good that Groogy will take over Muscovy, its been such a pain watching the AI doing nothing with the opportunities present(weak PLC -> Strong Muscovy). Might be a too late now though but I hope he can swing it.
That seems, how shall I say it, apropos. Groogy's own Marshall Plan. Now I am gonna have to repair the nation I destroyed.
I did kick Muscovy's ass and forced them to peace with me as Lithuania, that's why they got nothing. Now I am gonna have to repair the nation I destroyed. I was never weak really, maybe not optimal but I had a plan to pull myself trough the crisis of Ottoman invasion but the "herpa derp no peace" bullshit kinda ruined that.
