Interesting, though we are actually not involved in the running of the merch store, it's run by Gaia. What I suggest is that you contact them via their contact form:

No idea how their support works tbh, I'm not involved in anything besides the Paradox support. I don't even have a contact email for us and I'm a tad unsure of who does .

As for the order Gigau, they aren't due to be released until July 24th so you may be waiting for a little while for them to arrive .

Tbh I'm not sure why you are experiencing issues but I can tell you that, looking at the statistics, you seem to be the only one . There has been no other reports about the issue and if it was widespread, we'd know. The things that comes to mind is:

- Using a VPN
- Old cache/cookies in your browser
- Outdated/incompatible browser plugins

Try it in incognito mode, sounds odd but could actually work.
