Paradox Launcher don't work

I've downloaded the paradox launcher in order to test the new download feature of Stellaris.
The launcher don't start, I got instead an error message that bootstrapper doesn't work.


What's wrong?

I guess the best would be to sync your accounts, to registter your copy of Stellaris and post this in the Stellaris Tech Support subforum.

sorry, I thought the launcher is need to buy and download Stellaris. So by now, I don't yet dowloaded the game.

Nope, you buy the game from the Paradox shop or on Steam.
