The reason for the two betas is that they were entered manually and not by game key back in the day, so they are broken at the moment. They will come later. I am guessing it is the same with the Paradoxian Order. Also I think there were other icons which were hit by this---some of the collectors editions?---but I cannot remember exactly which.I am missing 3 medals/icons as I couldn't locate them in the forums.

It might well be because it isn't tied to a game key. That is the reason things like preorder icons, collector's icons, beta icons, etc. aren't active at the moment.

Work for Paradox. It is more in the way of a placeholder though, as evidenced by the fact it does not look very well, I did not get graphics involved and made it myself, which is never a good idea.

I've logged out and back in several times. I had it on the previous server (if you go on the oldforum, and check a post of mine, you'll see it displayed).
I still have the keys on my Paradox account, but i can't activate it with the button (Could not activate Steam Key: Bad activation code (status code 400)) or by the Register a Game function (The redeem code was not found!).
Not sure I understand there was no steam key for the order. and have you checked your owned items?

And you are sure you have completely logged out and then back in, and scrolled though all pages of your owned items. I looked in the back end and see it in your account.
Just to be sure, i tried again just now... logged out (closed all the Paradox pages on my Safari brower, except the last one... and signed out), logged back in, an it's still not among my owned items.
And you are absolutely sure you reviewed each of the 96 entries in your owned items list.

I might add that i already had 96 items before you right before you announced the return of this one… so i should be up to 97 (104 when all my missing icons are back).
I guess we need to log a Jira ticket about it.

Castellon has 117 so either you have forgotten to update the OP (besides After Dark) or you are missing 5 icons. (+ After Dark)
we have ways of dealing with those that spill the secrets....Castellon has one invisible "Paradoxian" icon though.
It didn't use to be invisible, C did the artwork himself, and decided he wasn't a GFX artist
