The Stellaris preorder is supposed to show multiple icons though. That is WAD and what was promised for higher tier editions.

Still is a bug if you have a lock on # of icons allowable.
Never saw where it said you would get multiple visible icons for each level.
Unless I'm reading your post wrong...
Initially the answer was no, but was changed:
No each version comes with its own icons.
UPDATE:
Screw it, you get all icons below the tier you buy. So if you buy Nova Edition you get Nova+Base icon, if you buy Galaxy you get Galaxy+Nova+Base.
We love you guys too much to not give you the awesome icons

Actually that is not the entire truth. You got it if you registered the game within something like a month after release. If you preordered and didn't register within that short timeframe you got the normal icon.
Also nice to see that is back.

Just to confirm that missing icons are most likely related to Steam and us changing how things are connected. It's taking time to go through them as it's a manual thing but the Conclave Icon that seems to have disappeared last week is back and I will address the EUIV Pre-order icon tomorrow morning.

What do you mean?
The Paradoxian Order is/was something where you got some benefits from being a member. E.g. being able to play MP with the devs or something like that. There was a 2015 edition and you could have an icon for that. It was also supposed to run in 2016 and there exist an icon for that, but the 2016 edition hasn't been opened for sale yet so it is unknown if it is phased out.
200 and 500k club are celebrations of the forum reaching 200k and 500k members respectively. The 200k club icon you only got if you made a purchase during the celebration which is the sole reason I don't have it. The 500k club icon you got if you were active during the 500k celebration.
Also membership numbers aren't entirely correct, since spam bots aren't included. Hence why I was here during the 200k celebration (and regrettably decided not to buy anything.
) despite having membership number 215982.And the amount of spam bot account has risen sharply; you for instance have membership number 1 079 673, but there are only 861 745 genuine accounts.
The bar signals how many games you own in total. You get it when you reach the maximum number of icons you can show under your avatar at a time. Back in the day you showed all your games, but some people got so many that it pretty much broke the forums when there ~80 icons all were shown. Those people are around 120 icons now by the way.
The current maximum is 54 icons.
