I just wanted to write how much I appreciate that Paradox deliberately makes sure that their developers and employees have holidays just like the fans and in general safeguarding employees free time (I hope).

I think that just a Sweden thing. Not sure where you're from but I know a number of European countries tend to treat average workers (or I guess just citizens) better than they do here in the states. If not, good on them.
I am from the Socialist Worker's Paradise of Europe but I still know that what the law demands and what companies do is not always the same thing.
