To the OP:

PDS seems to be partially incorrect, but that means PDS is also partially correct.

Isabella of Aragon was a real person. She was one of the Catholic Kings (Fernando of Aragon and Isabel of Castille) daughters. However, if PDS was referring to her, the birth and death date is wrong, that is true. It seems PDS has taken the birth and death date of Isabella of Aragons mother: Queen Isabel of Castille (the Catholic Queen), instead of Isabella of Aragon birth and death date (she was born in 1470, died in 1498).

Yep, my fault. I think I had both Isabella of Castile and Isabella of Aragon, her daughter, Wikipedia pages on my screen when I wrote the event and somehow confused her daughter's title with hers. Changed her title now and her TAG is changed too, to CAS for Castile.
