Any wallpapers from them, would love some art to store and use coming from paradox + It would help advertising in many cases. And while most of the game companies dishing out wallpapers like crazy, I cant see a reason to not do it.

All joking aside, you could also extract loading screens from your game files, but of course, some of the old games have fairly low resolutions.
That might not be an issue for EU4 and CK2, but for say Vicky 2 and HOI3, it's sort of an issue.

But they have done it many times previously. I am lazy, so I have only dug up the two examples I immediately remembered, but there probably are more---you just have to read the forum/search.
