Paradox Couldn't even get the Commonwealth Leaders Right

For whatever reason paradox couldn't be bothered to put the proper Australian/Kiwi Prime Ministers and Indian Viceroys in Hoi4 (even with Together for Victory.) I hope that they will consider adding some historic portraits in the next update.

He's already in the '39 start but I never see Savage kick the bucket (even though the guy had cancer), so Fraser never shows up.




Indian Viceroys

I think he already has a portrait in game as an English commander, but it'd be nice if he was added as Viceroy in '43.

I'd be (very) surprised if it was that they couldn't be bothered, probably just an issue with limited resources and prioritising. There's a lot of attention to detail in HoI4, and while it's a bit uneven at times, this could well reflect the varying backgrounds in the team (ie, silly if someone is across details to leave them out when they can be included, but it may not make sense for someone to then go off and research the same level of detail for every nation). In the case of the Commonwealth (and other) minors, it's not surprising that they've had less attention than the majors. Don't forget even Stanley Baldwin wasn't in the game at launch .

Definitely a fan of more attention to leaders in the future of course - probably worth posting this info in the suggestions section as well.

To be fair they did make a DLC focusing on the commonwealth so I can see why someone might moan (although it doesn't massively bother me).

Well, not having the right names and pictures for one of the few Commonwealth countries, while your DLC is supposed to bring content about that, is a flaw.
It only adds to the general feeling something is not going properly in this whole work about HoI4. It's a detail, but it only reflects a more global issue.
Paradox is, indeed, a small team. It could explain. It does not justify it tough. I still paid for DLC (e.g. trough the pre-ordering) and I did not get refund for missing parts...

Aye, I have no issue with people wanting them in or complaining (politely) - it's the inferring that they're not in now because people couldn't be bothered - almost every indication we get from the devs are that they're highly motivated, not the other way around.

Agreed. Paradox does care. Telling otherwise would be wrong.
Issue is more a question of quality control, in my view. Something is lacking there. Or I have a feeling something is missing in that department.

That makes sense, which is why I didn't include leaders who were only in power for a few months (two of them in Australia.)

I don't think the paradox team isn't motivated, just a bit irritated that they'd leave this out of a dlc specifically about the commonwealth.
