Paradox Connect: Reputation?

What is it? If you search for people, you can rank them according to their reputation. Some have high, some have low, some even have negative reputation.

What is it, and how do i get more? Also, the value isn't shown on the user page, only in the search ranking(?)

Go to http://connect.paradoxplaza.com/users and search for something. In the results list, you will have a column called "reputation". You have 10, as do I.

Can't remember what I did... I was trying to find lists and rankings, and easier ways to list information on the users. The site still needs a lot of usability work...
