Hi all, this is my first forum post and I would like to report an issue I encounter.
First of all, I owned an old forum account (before paradox account introduction).
When, in the old forum, it asked me to actually merge my account, I did that, with a specific email I use for all games accounts. No problem at all.
Then the forum moved here. Well, when I notice that, I click on the returning user button in the interface and It asked me to enter my email and password. And here the nightmare begun:
First: It told me I insert a wrong password.
Well, that was odd but I thought: maybe I've forgotten it... let's ask them to reset it... When the password was resetted, I tried to enter the forums, and it brings me to a page where it asks me to merge my account with my old forum account itself, due to the same email being present...
Well, I thought they were already merged, it seems they were not afterall
Well, then, merge them... But that was impossible, due to my forum account being already merged (that was what the error message told me)...
Lol so I had a forum account merged with a paradox account (same email and all setted), but when I come here and sign up with my paradox account it forced me to merge with my all forum account but that was impossible due to him be already merged... Database error?
From this page I had no way to proceed, not even to post there for help... Then I decide to change my paradox account email and try again: Nothing to do, my old forum account, already merged, couldn't be merged again...
Well, then, to post this, I created this new forum account...
I would like to make my forum name return to the previous one: InsaneMonster
I would like to use my correct email to access my account, and not this one.
I would like to recover EUIV and CKII I had registered with old forum account, since they vanished now (even if I registered them from the paradox account view in the old forum).
I hope you understand my issue, I'm not english native speaker...
