Papal state

Using the latest beta, somehow the king of Germany is also the King of Papal State and is elected as the pope (also the pope seems to be hereditary now). After this happened the current crusade ended saying that the papacy had fallen. Does this mean there will be no more crusades?

Edit - a new papal state has emerged with a 15 year old pope.

Is the new 15 years old pope still king of Germany?

No King of Germany is not pope and the 15 year old lasted about a year. The papal state was part of Germany and then become independent again. I'm thinking that Germany and the pope where at war and Germany won. Then I guess Germany let the papacy go like when the Templars ask for territory in your lands.

This is known. Courtiers (and rulers fall into here) can spawn starting ages at 15.
