Panzer Leader traits

In -36 the knowhow of tank warfare was very teoreticle and maneuver expiriance only.(source Achtung Panzer by Heinz Guderian) I have a sudgestion that the panzer leader trait would be uppgraded to "Seasonned panzer leader" after practical experince is gained.
With combined arms bonus or something.

I agree.

Rommel was an infantry commander, Guderian was in the signal corps, Patton was a cavalry officer. Besides Zhukov and Hobart, I can't think of too many pre-war commanders that had enough experience to warrant a special trait.

Combined Arms combat bonus if three different branches are included in a battle.(any three of inf,arm,arty,para and air) And just seasonned panzer leaders not all types.
Quicker response to panser attacks to deploy defensive armor reservs(firebrigade tactics)
Icreased breakthrou chance
just some of the bonuses that can be considered.( Yes I am found of armed warfare)

Perhaps we shouldn't take experience as a requisite for such a trait - you could see it perhaps more like the open mind of these leaders for the new era of the armoured spearheads. As the armoured units are not to support the infantry anymore, but become the supported ones. Frankly it is not that important that Rommel was an infantry General, his new approach to the whole picture is the reason to name him the panzer leader.

And experience and skill stand for their experience - I don't think we need special traits for experienced leaders.

I think it could be aquired, but I also think it is ok for the panzer commanders to keep the trait. They can command inf, but if you give them tanks they'll do well with them.

Perhaps there should be a "Calvary commander" or "mobile warfare comander" trait to represent this at the begining. And Panzer Leader will be an aquirable trait.
