There are many countries in HRE but only few are interesting to play in multiplayer games or singleplayer. Their ideas are not so unique and values are low.

This thread is about how to make some countries more attractive to play, expecialy in Multiplayer games.

Ignore him a bit. He's good meaning, but he does this every few months.

The only countries not following these bonuses tend to be the Lucky/Major nations.

Saegoto, Perhaps instead of simply suggesting small adjustments and new modifiers, remake all those NI's with Localizations and redo the modifiers to better reflect history etc, then they might get put in.
