Tribal armies are strong and therefore I often stay always at war to take advantage of those 2500-man armies which cost only 500 prestige.
Unfortunately, if your heir isn't a participant in those wars, the armies will disband upon ruler death. This is wrong since the wars basically continue with the new monarch.
If the player concludes peace and starts a new war on the same day, there's an opportunity to do stuff which requires being in peace. Such as moving your capital, clicking beneficial decisions like "Holding a Great Blot" etc. However, accidentally unpausing the game on this important day causes tribal armies to disband. A painful mistake especially on Ironman and I'd reload if this happens in a normal game.
Can these issues to be fixed somehow?
If this "tribal army" exploit exists, I feel forced to use it since playing otherwise is very suboptimal.
