Page Up/Down key and mapping error

(Ubisoft 1.04) I find that if I use Page Up or Down to scroll through my military units, quite often after several scrolls it produces a map error - the geographical province "underlay" of the map is overwritten with the units and province symbols from a completely different part of the world? This seems to have no effect on gameplay, and as soon as I click on the map it jumps back to normal.

This is still happening with Ubisoft 1.05. Game play isn't affected, but repeated use of Page Up or Page Down generates mapping/graphical errors

I can't duplicate this. I was able to page up and down without a problem. I ended up just holding down the key for 10 minutes solid, I must have scrolled around thousands of times with no problem.

I suspect it is your video drivers. See if there are updates available.

IanB2? Were you able to check into this? There are sticky threads over in the Support forum on how to make sure your video drivers are fully updated, with some like nVidia it is quite tricky.

I can tell you that this is not specific to the Ubisoft version of the game--I have seen it in the NA version. I never worried too much about it since it's only a graphics problem, not a game-play or CTD issue. It's not something that's really reproducable, because (on my system anyway) it only happens occasionally, not all the time.

And yes, BTW, I have nVidia drivers.

And you've gone through tyhe Detonator Destroyer process to remove them totally then apply the latest ones, as per the Support forum I mentioned? Here's a link to the thread:

I have had this too - a lot in my recent game under 1.05(NA). However, I have not seen this much, and don't know if I have seen this except in my most recent game.

The problem is that I (to be silly) am playing the Rebel Scum in this game, so I assumed that Paradox wouldn't think this was much of a problem.
