Quick suggestion, the items you get for being a temporal leader always give +10 Tribal Opinion. I understand that being the case for most pagan religions but a few of them can stand to have a few unique opinion bonuses instead. Namely:
Tengri Temporal Leader: +10 Nomadic Opinion
Bon Temporal Leader (Dalai Lama): +10 Temple Vassal Opinion
Hellenic Temporal Leader (Aka the "Civilized" Pagan religion): +10 City Vassal Opinion
These changes would A) Make sense B) Make those religions less useless. While all other pagan religions start in tribal and so you might make use of their +10 Tribal Opinion items for a brief moment with Tengri, Hellenic, and Bon their starting conditions makes that opinion bonus nearly to absolutely useless.
