Please rename Suomenusko and Romuva into Uralic and Baltic, respectively. The current names are eye-gouging in their inconsistency in relation to the other religions.

That's my biggest gripe with the Avar Khaganate ingame - it's represented as a mostly Turkic realm, whereas it was mostly the aristocracy that was Turkic, the common people were Slavs and proto-Romanians. Another gripe is that the goddamn Avars cover all of Wallachia for whatever reason.

Maybe the names should be tied to the language, i.e. culture. For nordic characters its Ásatrú and for saxons its Asentreu (using modern german for translation, it is probably different in old-saxon). For english speaking cultures it is Catholic for germanic cultures its Katholisch (modern german again) and so on.
