My steam account has been connected to my paradox account for over 12 hours now and my owned items list still won't update, pressing "sync owned items" just refreshes the page. All my paradox steam games appear on the "Games" tab of the non-forums paradox account viewing interface, but the forums owned items list is still empty. I've tried reconnecting my steam account and using different browsers and nothing changed, is there something I'm missing or is it broken?

There has been a bit of a queue building up following the unexpected server downtime on Thursday. Basically due to hardware failure we lost part of a rig which resulted in "issues" . The queue is being sorted now though but it could be another hour or two before we are back to 0.

It's going slower than expected. To put it in perspective the sync queue is taking almost 10x longer than it should due to the hardware failure and we are working on resolving it. That said though, unfortunately we are looking at another few hours for all users to have their items show as normal.
I still don't have access to mine and I haven't been able to access it for half a week now. In my opinion this method doesn't make any sense, I already own the games but now I can't access forums because of certain circumstances, I've been trying to sync since Friday...
I generally think just being patient is all you can really do at the moment. They have the systems they have for a reason, obviously.

Well, having to wait half a week for an issue to be resolved without any other way to access limited forums is kinda down-letting, don't you agree?
It's unfortunate, but things happen that are outside their immediate control. I've been waiting too; it's not the end of the world. Probably not the best place to be discussing it either.
