Yeah, I think that is alot of peoples' gripe with Victoria - that it's pretty much impossible to run a country effectively with a radical ruling party. Yeah, it's possible, but the mechanics seem stacked against you running such a country

Just imagine if HoI was on the same engine as Victoria.The game would be over before 1939 as the entire population of Germany, Italy, Japan and the USSR would have immigrated to Alaska or be in open revolt with 10+ militancy. Each of the said countries would go bankrupt and have zero manpower as they eliminate their entire populations in an endless revolution.
