Overview of rule changes since EUII rulebook available?

Are the older patches available online?
Is there an overview of all changes made compaired to the EU II rulebook?

I think the readme file in Strategy first contains the older patches as well

That's what I have been asking myself every time a new patch was "published". I don't have the older ones left, so I can't verify.

It would be very cool to write a revised EU2 instruction manual and FAQ, create a PDF file and then release it online. A whole lot has changed since the game was released.

The support forums alway have a sticky thread label "Latest version is X.XX"
This thread has a list of all changes from the readme files.

I just find it a pity the rulebook is not updated because that's an easy reference.

It would be pretty expensive to reprint the manual everytime a patch came out, Once a day sometimes in the last little while.
Not to mention Paradox is not getting any money for making these new patches.

Well, writing a revised manual would cost money, but releasing it as a .pdf would be trivial - just the cost of hosting it really.

I would imagine this would make piracy somewhat easier though...

I was also thinking about a pdf-format.
I do however not really see how it would increase the risk of piracy as ther are the tutorials, the FAQ, and the forum.

I agree with that, but there are already some errata to the original rulebook in version 1.00 like the fact that you can not convert religion with settlers unless pagan nation.
It would be nice if rule changes would be just put together in a seperate section of the forum for quick reference.
Paradox is doing a great job. This is just meant as an idea.
