I'd like to report an "Oversee construction" issue. There are 3 saves attached inside the .rar file.
The problem is the overseeing of construction of a Large archery range in Senj, K.o Croatia. When I reload a game the bonus from the ability is non-existant. This happens every time I reload, and gets even worse if I have another ability happen (master builder arrived once and gave me nothing).
The bug can be reproduced:
1st save position (earliest): Construction can be started by overseeing construcion in Senj
2nd save: The bonus is still present
3rd save: The bonus is non-existant
This happens every time the game is loaded, after an undetermined period of time.
Also note that the AI controlling the Sicilian army near Tunis seems horrendously bugged, as they are changing orders from sieging to marching dailiy, and thus doing absolutely nothing for the war effort.
