Hello, will it be possible to continue playing as Belgium, the Netherlands, France (or similar countries) from your overseas territories after your mainland in Europe gets conquered?

The few times I've run the Netherlands, I've just played it for the UR lulz and some submarine attacks against Japan like I'm a super small minor.
