does the oversea ic (from oversea territories like colonies of uk thant dont are built as puppies, i preffer say puppies ) need resourses from local stockpiles or uses genral stock?
im traying traying to simulate thae uk resourses dependence, so i think i can do with core and owned definition by inc files and event and some misc file twicks.
So i have another question about commerece trades. How work the efectivity porcentage? and can a low efectivity break a comerce trade? chance in comerce is linked to eficience?
thanks for support!!!!! all usefull for a better game a better mods.
Oversea trade efficiency between two countries is affected only by the presence of enemy fleets along the trade path.
EDIT:
Update after a check in the code - trade efficiency also depends on the number of unassigned convoy transports (higher the better) and number of ports under control of the country (again higher the better), trade route distance (number of provinces - lower the better) and enemy fleets along the path (just number of vessels is checked, type and model are ignored; lower this number is - better the trade efficiency will be).
a little question after read that. the path, how respond to places like gibraltad, i mean. im yugoslavia and DOW uk, if i tray to trade latinamerica the trade will drop down instantaly (or should it drop down becose the mediterranean is close) or it hadle by another way and solve it like alied port or something.
I cannot tell for sure right away. It would be faster to get your answer if you do a game test with that scenario (wait about game week for the reduced trade efficiency to take place).
