If one of my units has auto-moved into a portal during the end turn sequence, the popup will often cover up the screen with no way to get rid of it, while AI moves are shown (You can't actually click any of the buttons before your next turn) This causes great stress and panic. :wacko:

And on a similar note - The "sticky tooltip" issue is still around, making quest box reading hard when your cursor already has one tooltip displayed on top.
