Hey everyone,

I got the Overburdened Council modifier - i.e. -35% Agenda speed forever.

Is there any way to remove it or will I forever be super slow in Agendas?

Sounds like time to get rid of that ruler. Star a new vote or declare war against a fallen empire and surrender immeadely.
The fallen empire then should help u out by assassinating the problem.
