Make outliner categories and items within a category drag- and dropable, so you can sort them easily.
I would love to see the same thing for fleets, ship categories within a fleet and singular ships. I often would love to split off, say all destroyers. As it is now I actually have to click each single ship in a popup window that autoscrolls back to the top each time I chose to take out a ship. Why can't it be like seperating troops in EU4? When you seperate a fleet, a two framed window pops up and you simply drag and drop ships between the two sides, or just choose the icon that represents the three old destroyers and dragdrop it to the other side, moving all three ships simultaneously.
