Outdated Loading Screen Tips

I'm not sure how many of these exist, but I came across a more recent obsolete tip when loading my game today... something to the effect of...

Constructing unique buildings can grant powerful bonuses.

Seeing as there are no more unique buildings, is this not outdated?

A minor suggestion, but an inconvenience and possibly confusion for newer players.

it seems strange to me, it is probably an overlook.
If you have played a lot of EU4 you probably don't need loading screen tips, so i could recomend this mod it changes the loading tips to historical quotes:
