did you really search? they have an entire table of mod compatibility in the second post of the HIP download sticky thread...
(though yeah, it's without a doubt incomplete, so you'll need to say which mods you'd like to use so that the others can know for certain if there will be conflicts or not, and maybe even how to mitigate these conflicts)

Actually, its horribly out of date and Additional Objectives shouldn't even be on there since it causes the game to crash insanely. Culturally Different Cities works, it even has a Steamworks version along with BLG, you need a patch for them, its the same one for both. They are kept updated.
Some of the mods on that list aren't even compatible with the current patch regardless of what mod it's combined with.
I play just HIP with Portrait Realignment Pack instead of CPR, it works without any bugs.
