Hello, When I invited Iraq, Afganistan, Iran.. nothing happened, no message and they did not join. Then, When I finished the focus to puppet them again nothing happened, no message and they did not become my puppets. I was in peace and they were too. Also When I demanded Syria (from UK, because they defeated France as fasists) I got the lands but no message occured. Puppeting Syria was okay, the decision occured fine.
