Hey everyone, I have a few hours on Europa and I'd say I had successful campaigns with Spain, the Commonwealth, Russia and England, but for some reason I can never get it right with the Ottomans! I know they're supposed to be the easiest country to play in the game but I have no idea where I should expand after taking the Turkish beyliks and Byzantium. After I took out Serbia, Bosnia allied itself with France and Poland took the defender of the faith title so I couldn't expand in Europe. QQ and Mamluks scare me a bit so I avoid dealing with them early game.

You can destroy Venice pretty easily
You can destroy AQ and release Syria from one province they have for easy Reconquest on Mamluks.
Both QQ and Mamluks are pretty weak compared to you.
If you want to easily destroy Mamluks just ally Tunis and call them in or wait till Mamluks and QQ are at war with each other (they are rivals very often) and jump on whichever you prefer.
To get QQ ally Ajam or Timurids or any of their rivals and call the to war
Both Syria/Egypt and Mesopotamia are rich lands with your culture group, these should be your main focus as they also steer trade towards Constantinople.
Conquering Europe isn't really worth the effort as Balkans and Hungary doesn't really offer much return of investment down the read, being upstream with poor trade goods. Wallachia might be a good march though if you feed them Hungarian land
Did you get Crimea as vassal via the event? You could always expand their lands into Astrakhan node and make them steer to you to get quite some gold from trade that way.
Expanding into Aleppo, Basra and Persia nodes are the best ROI especially as it allows you to tap into Indian trade well if you focus on getting trade centers.
I wouldn't bother with PLC too much for now, they will implode sooner or later in 95% of the games, you can get them then

Also don't be afraid to get a few loans if war with Mamluks is getting difficult, You can easily take over 1k gold from them in a peace deal and pay them loans back
