Ottomans had revolutionary France banner?

At the moment, any Revolutionary Target has the same COA. PI intends to change it when they implement the COA-switching mechanics (similar to what happens in Vicky).
And Ottomans should really be called turkey... or at least rename if they cease to be a Ottoman-ruled Monarchy...

Why so ?
Revolutionary Ottomans could have current Turkish flag, as the state is a revolutionary one and dismantled the Ottoman Empire.
You're probably not aware that the current Republic of Turkey is the Rev. Ottos. No worries, that is a common mistake.
Sarcasm is "a sharp, bitter, or cutting expression or remark; a bitter gibe or taunt". It should change to Turkey, that's it.
Did they westernise, or can inferior tech groups become revolutionary target as well?
Only Europeans can become the rev. Target and since Constantinople is in Europe. They sometimes become revolutionary.
As for me, revolutionary states should be more reasonable. If revolution happens in an italian state, like Tuscany, it should become Rev. Italy instead of Rev. Tuscany. It would recieve some event giving it casus belli on all states with provinces in Italy region. That would make more sense, because revolutionarees would rather intend to forge a state basing on a nation, not artificaly forged feudal country. Same for Germany. If revolution would hit some german state, it should strive to unite Germany. And Ottomans should become Turkey, as mentioned.
