Ottoman cores

I know how to mod core provinces and all, but what I'm interest in is which areas should be cores, Armenia is a given, as well as Syria, Iraq and Lebanon, but which others?

I'd prefer all Ottoman areas ever owned, so Libya and Egypt, even the Hedjaz is supposed to be included.

Ottomans would not have the ENTIRE Arabian peninsula. Look at maps of the Ottoman empire at the height of its power. You'll see they hold the outer regions but the majority of the interior was not ruled by them.

why else did the Ottoman Empire not extend into the interior of the Arabian Peninsula? It IS because it was too difficult to bring the Bedouins there under control. For a modern reference, I direct you to house Saud, a man named Saud al Faysal, and such outside influences as T.E. Lawrence.

I'd think it's more because at the time there wasn't much worth conquering. Oil was not that important in the 17th century.

If you really want to know ottoman cores we can tell, syria, ıraq, lebenon, israel, jordan, kuwait, hejaz, yemen, azerbaijan, georgia, crime, egypt, libya, makedonia. some east parts of greece, and south of bulgaria.
