I understand that that is how business works but in view of the recent fiasco with 'Driv3r' I am not sure it is good for a software company to been seen as giving any enticements to any sort of 'independant game reviewer'.
Although, Gamespot seem to be fair. I would certainly hope they will review HoI 2 fairly. Warts and all.
If Compare some provinces in east coast of USA with Canada's Province in the east coast of Hudzon there is one interesting moment in This Canada's province can contain around 30-40 Usa Provinces.
I think in Game This Canada's provinces size will be a half of screen
Regarding the Korean names: Paradox is using the current-day official government spelling for the southern names. I'd rather see old names like the Keijo and Fuzan of HOI1. That would give a better period feel.
I love all the air missions. I've been bitching for air supply for some time now. One thing strange is the apparent absence of airfields in the middle part of the U.S. Hopefully, it's a case of airfields not appearing on the map unless they have aircraft based there. As any midwestern American pilot knows the region is dotted with WWII-era airports (3 or 4 5000-ft runways aligned in different directions to minimize crosswinds).
just hit me now but did anybody notice that in the new battle screen the units have bars instead of numbers?? Why? It make reading the stats impossible...
