Ostland suicides immediately after formation

whenever i form Reichskommissariat Ostland, it disintegrates into its former owners at the next midnight. like you see on the screenshots.

when i use the console with "tag BLR" before the midnight mark, it refuses, because "BLR has no provices. changing tags would resign"
when i use "tdebug" to see province ownership, it clearly states that BLR controls this province. (but lithuania owns it, for example)
any idea why this happens?
it is the only reichskommissariat where this happens. all the others are fine.

Probably a bug that Ostland decision says "release = BLR" instead of "release_on_controlled = BLR". So it works only if done after the war. It's very easy to fix.

Oh my god, you are right! That is exactly what the code says in common\decisions\GER.txt
(at line 754)
(compare that to Ukraine at line 872, which has release_on_controlled = UKR)

Paradox please fix.

I uploaded a mod called "Ostland Bugfix" to steam and to pdx. Use that one in the meantime, before the official fix arrives.
