Historical orthodox ruler had possible intervention "who will be new bishop/metropolitan/patriarch". In game orthodox ruler haven't this option.
I suggest to give this possible. This should work similar like in "Free Investiture" but with few other things. I don't good in balance or similar things, but few examples I have
1) intervention in clerical vassal lvl "duke" and higher should lead to reduce MA (based on lvl of clerical vassal)
2) every intervention can lead to risk long-time modifiers like a "corruption in church" and similar
3) my candidate of new clerical vassal have risk to (A) reduce stats (B) get negative traits (like a laziness)
4) intervention need piety or cultural techpoints
5) small risk on heresy or heretic secret cult
