1) Orderlies don't have names, all the other guard-type staff do.
2) Orderlies should stay in the CI wing when not assigned to rooms or patrols or en route to collect crazies, rather than roam across the entire prison. Just like how idle guards will go to yards or security rooms, idle orderlies should do this in the CI wing.
3) Orderlies should be prioritized by the game to respond to any guard needs in the CI wing, now it just sends in the closest guard of any type.
