Optional end date 1953?

I understand it wont be 1933 grand campaign or as starting point, but I would hope there was possible to have an other end date than just 48. hoi2-DD had a timeline from 1936 to 1953 something like that would have been nice.
Paradox you don't have make so many historical events/decisions after 48 just give us some time for the extra alternative outcomes.

This looks like excellent material for an expansion/DLC. I really hope BL-Logic get a shot at making a DLC covering the post-war conflicts (China, Korea, Indochina, Unthinkable) using the material from the now-cancelled EvW.
