Option to legitimise pops out regarding legitimate son

Hi, I am running 2.5.2.2 (OTSX) with Charlemagne, LoR, RoI, SoA, Old Gods, Republic, SoI, WoL. Started new game recently and after playing a while I got new son with my wife. He's legitimate and all but after few days option to legalise him poped out.

Putting it short game treads my ruler having child with wife as adultery.

Maybe You guys could look it up and fix in next patch

Do you have a savegame from before he was born and while your wife is pregnant?

Otherwise can you upload a save of after he was born.

Sadly as it was Irnoman save and I kept playing after that it's now some years later. Haven't thought of saving it. Not sure if it helps You anyhow but here it is:

It is a little hard to find the cause this late into a save, although it is clear that your wife at the time was running seduction. Technically your sister is a bastard and your brother definitely isn't.

There must be an issue with one of the seduction events on edge cases for female rulers. But it is somewhere to start at least.
