If the first CiM runs quite ok on my computer, will the second CiM also run ? I sometimes have my fps that drop when I use menu with animated image (bus/the camera that follows whatever you click on...)

I'd like to preorder it, but I'm afraid it won't run well

Will there be a demo for people like me with aged computer ?

Edit : here are my system specification on which CIM 1 sometimes lagg.

Intel i7-860 2,8 Ghz
8Gb RAM
ATI Radeon HD 4850 with 512 MB

That isn't an aged computer at all.
I have similar spec:
AMD 720 X3
4 GB Ram
Nvidia GTX 260

The video card is more or less the same, you have more RAM and a slightly better CPU. The game will run good, I promise

I'll preorder then. I was wondering how the game would run because CiM1 was a bit laggy, especially on speed 2 and 3.

I hope, they have not the lagissues on CiM2 because of the new and extern engine. CiM1s engine was selfmade from CO, now they use Unity, an engine used for many games especially for mobiles, which doesnt have so much power

CiM2 Unity engine will run alot better than original CiM.

I think you will be fine, i've got a PC that runs 60+ fps on Battlefield 3 on high settings. But CIM1 only gets 30 fps, CIM2 has multicoresupport so it is going to run alot better.

Absolutely. Just make sure it uses the GeForce GPU while running CiM2, and if you have any problems with performance - go to BIOS and set it to always use GeForce GPU.
