Opposite trait opinion penalties listed as "OTHER"

I have noticed, as have others, that some opinion penalties between characters with opposite traits list "OTHER" instead of the typical -10 or however much. In the attached screenshot, this affects Honest vs. Deceitful and Cynical vs. Zealous. Does anyone know what's going on here? Is it indeed a bug?

Yes, that's a bug, but it's also pretty unusual.

I think the first thing you should try would be "verify integrity" in Steam and/or reinstalling - this could be a simple matter of file corruption.

Successfully verified. I am using a personal mod, but I didn't think it's the culprit because it doesn't do anything with traits or opinion modifiers. Could be something with Mac. It shows up on Mac with or without my mod, but it doesn't show up on Windows.
